Step 1:First u should find out File Manager which leet you to root directory Access.
You Can Install Root Explorer OR OL File Manager On your cell phone.
Step 2: Through  File Explorer help go to (/data/misc/wifi/ or /data/wifi directory)
Step 3:Then find (wpa_suppliciant.conf)

Step 4: Open this File, to open up this file use root explorer text viewer.

Step 5: It will show you Network name and Password.
